Application: The room should be warm and quiet. As far as good massage is concerned, comfort matters the most! Secure a sufficient number of towels to cover the body. Relax arms after shaking them prior the massage.
Do not pour the oil directly on the skin, instead apply a small amount on your palms and rub them in order to warm the oil. Pour more oil when you feel that the skin begins to dry. Following the massage, cover the body with a towel and relax for 10-15 minutes.
In order to let the oil impact your body to a full extent, do not take a shower or a bath at least four hours after the massage is finished.
